Aspen Manufacturing, a Humble, Texas-based independent coil manufacturer in the air conditioning marketplace in the United States and Canada, has received a minority equity investment from Pummerin Investments.
The company intends to use the proceeds from the investment to expand the business through both organic growth and selective acquisitions. In conjunction with the transaction, David Piccione will continue in his role as President of Aspen and will remain the majority shareholder of the company.
Founded in 1975 and led by the Piccione family since inception, Aspen engineers, manufactures, and markets an extensive line of residential and light commercial evaporator coils, coils and blowers for manufactured homes, air handlers, and line sets under the Aspen brand name.
