Wanova Inc., a San Jose, California-based desktop cloud provider, raised $10m in Series B funding.
Investors include Greylock Partners, Carmel Ventures and Opus Capital.
The company intends to use the funding to build global sales and support teams.
Led by CEO Sebastiano Tevarotto, Wanova provides service providers and enterprises with cloud desktop software designed to simplify desktop management, end user support, and desktop continuity, especially for distributed and mobile PCs.
Its flagship product, Wanova Mirage™ software centralizes the full contents of each desktop in the data center for management and data protection purposes, distributes execution to the endpoint, and optimizes data transfer in between.
The company has a development center in Netanya, Israel.
