SEEC Raises SEK9M

SEEC, a Stockholm, Sweden-based developer and provider of energy stores with energy modules for large buildings, has raised SEK9m in funding.

Investors include Industrifonden, and STING Capital and ALMI Invest.

The company intends to use the funds to expand its marketing and sales efforts.

Founded in 2006 and led by CEO Andreas Andersson, SEEC delivers a complete solution with an energy store and energy modules containing heat pumps with peripherals and operation and control equipment.

Johan Crona, Investment Manager at Almi Invest, told me that they hadn’t invested in SEEC.
