Innovid, a New York, NY-based provider of Interactive video advertising solutions, has closed a $9.5m funding.
The round was led by Sequoia Capital, with participation from existing investors Genesis Partners and T-Venture.
The company intends to use the new funds to expand globally the use of its Interactive Video Ad Serving & Analytics offerings.
In conjunction with the funding, Gili Raanan of Sequoia Capital will will join Innovid’s Board of Directors.
Led by Co-Founder and CEO Zvika Netter, Innovid provides brands and their agencies with iRoll, a platform for creating, serving and measuring interactive video advertisement. DYNAMO, the company’s Agency Video AdServer and Analytics platform, provides baseline video serving and analytics for global brands and an analytics dashboard that measures and tracks engagement at the deepest levels.
