HotLink Corporation Raises $10M in Series A Funding

HotLink Corporation, a Sunnyvale, California-based provider of an enterprise-class virtual integration and transformation platform, has raised $10m in Series A funding.

The round was led by Foundation Capital, with participation from Leapfrog Ventures.

Founded in early 2010 and led by co-founder CEO Lynn LeBlanc, co-founder and vice president of engineering Richard Offer, CTO Oded Haner, and vice president of sales Laila Danielsen, the company has developed a heterogeneous data center system management platform for virtual, cloud and physical computing infrastructure. The platform spans all major virtual infrastructures — VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, Citrix XenServer and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (KVM).

Enterprise customers include enterprise IT organizations spanning technology, financial services, telecommunications and Internet search.

In conjunction with the funding, William B. Elmore, general partner, at Foundation Capital, and Andy Fillat, Leapfrog Ventures director, have joined HotLink’s board of directors.
