Greenleaf Book Group LLC, an Austin Texas-based publisher and distributor of adult non-fiction and fiction trade books, has received a private equity investment of undisclosed amount from Noson Lawen Partners.
The company intends to use the capital to expand its product offerings thorugh both internal development and acquisitions.
Led by Founder and CEO Clinton T. Greenleaf, III, Greenleaf Book Group publishes and distributes adult non-fiction and fiction trade books – both paper and electronic – that specializes in the development of independent authors and the growth of small presses.
The Group includes Greenleaf Book Group Press, Emerald Book Company, Live Oak Book Company, Olive Tree Book Company, Inc. 500 Press, and Legacy Book Company, all of which were included in the transaction.
