Centrix Software Raises $10M

Centrix Software, a Newbury, UK-based provider of unified end-user computing solutions that optimize the way IT infrastructures deliver applications, has secured $10m in private funding.

The company intends to use the funds for product development and US expansion initiatives. The funding follows the recent appointment of US solutions providers Claros Systems and Asset Labs to its international channel network, as well as the formation of Centrix Software Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal office located in New York, NY.

Led by CEO Lisa Hammond, Centrix Software provides a range of solutions that enable organizations to analyze, plan and optimize how IT services are delivered to users more effectively and efficiently across virtual, web, physical and cloud infrastructure. Customers include public sector organizations and private enterprises (in banking and securities, insurance, telecommunications, retail, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and energy sectors).
