Valedo Partners, a Stockholm, Sweded-based private equity group, has launched Valedo Partners Fund II AB.
Established with a committed capital of SEK 2bn, Valedo II has the same investment focus and strategy as its predecessor Valedo I investing in Nordic lower middle market companies where long-term value creation is primarily driven by growth.
The firm usually invests in partnership with previous owners and always together with the key employees of the portfolio companies.
Investors include a diverse group of Swedish and international pension funds, insurance companies, family offices, foundations, fund of funds, and entrepreneurs as well as Valedo’s staff and Board of Directors.
