Stadion Money Management, LLC, a Watkinsville, GA-based investment management firm, has received an investment of undisclosed amount from TA Associates.
In conjunction with the transaction, which closed on June 30, 2011, M. Roy Burns, a Principal at TA Associates, and Roger B. Kafker, a Managing Director at TA Associates, joined the company’s Board of Directors.
Founded in 1991, Stadion Money Management offers separate account management services, proprietary mutual funds and retirement account investment advisory services.
