Moprise Completes over $500K Angel Funding Round

Moprise, a Bellevue, Washington-based developer of mobile solutions that are designed to facilitate enterprise collaboration, has completed an over $500K angel funding round.

Investors include all of the founders, several Alliance of Angels members and the Alliance of Angels Seed Fund.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to develop its Coaxion product and expand additional sales and marketing initiatives.

Moprise also unveiled Coaxion, an iPhone application focused on enterprise productivity that combines online and offline access to Microsoft SharePoint and Dropbox documents, Instant Messaging group communication tools. It aims to enable enterprises to facilitate real-time threaded conversations between co-workers, partners and customers from their iPhones (soon from iPad and Android) regardless of the IT infrastructure.

The company was founded in 2009 by Charles Stevens, Russell Williams and CEO David D’Souza.
