Lucid Commerce Raises $8M in Series C Financing

Lucid Commerce, a Seattle, WA-based TV targeting and measuring company, has raised $8m in Series C financing.

The round was led by Rho Ventures, with participation from StarVest Partners, Positec USA Inc., and existing investors OVP Venture Partners and Greycroft Partners LLC.

In conjunction with the funding, Doug McCormick, venture partner at Rho Ventures, will join Lucid Commerce’s board along with:
– Medha Vedaprakash, principal of Rho,
– Laura B. Sachar, general partner of StarVest Partners,
– Lucinda Stewart, managing director of OVP Venture Partners, and
– Lynn Wunderman, founder and CEO of I-Behavior and its online division aCerno.

Founded in 2005 and led by CEO Tyson Roberts and and CTO Brian Burdick, Lucid Commerce owns Proceed Media Group, a Seattle, WA- and NYC-based TV media agency that utilizes a proprietary technology platform to target and measure TV advertising.
