Loxam Receives €60M Private Equity Investment from 3i and Pragma Capital

Loxam Holding, a France-based rental equipment services company for construction and industry professionals, has received a €60m investment from 3i and Pragma Capital.

3i and Pragma Capital, which have taken a minority stake in the company, will help Loxam further expand in Europe and grow through acquisitions in France and abroad.

Established in 1967 and led by CEO Gérard Déprez, Loxam offers rental equipment services for the construction and civil engineering industries.

The company currently has a turnover of more than €700m and employs nearly 4,000 people across 11 countries. It has a total of 541 branches worldwide with a stock of more than 200,000 items of equipment.
