Advanced Diamond Technologies, a Romeoville, IL-based developer of diamond films for industrial, electronic, and water treatment applications, has closed its $5.2m Series D financing.
The round was led by S-Group Capital Management, with participation from a number of existing investors.
The company intends to use the expand its sales, marketing, and business development activities.
Led by co-founder, CTO, and acting CEO Dr. John Carlisle, Advanced Diamond Technologies develops and applies diamond films for electronic, mechanical, industrial and biomedical applications and offers several families of high-performance products that exploit the characteristics of diamond.
