Net.Orange Receives Growth Equity Financing from California Capital Equity

Net.Orange, a Irving, Texas-based provider of Clinical Operating System solutions, has received a growth equity financing of undisclosed amount from California Capital Equity.

The company intends to use the funds to further expand its offering, developing solutions designed to help healthcare organizations (clinics, hospitals, health systems, imaging centers) accumulate data from diverse sources, assess outcomes from treatments and associated expenses involved with the delivery of care.

Net.Orange’s Clinical Operating System include  components such as Business Intelligence, Clinical Trial Management, Collaboration, Disease Management, Disease Registries, Document Management, Electronic Medical Records, Image Management, Practice Management, Quality Reporting, Revenue Management, and Transcription.

Led by CEO Vasu Rangadass, the company also hired industry veteran Kevin Freeman as executive vice president of business development and marketing. He will manage all business development, channel partnerships, strategic accounts, sales and marketing activities for Net.Orange.
