TOA Technologies Closes $17.2M Financing

TOA Technologies, a Beachwood, OH-based on-demand provider of enterprise class mobile workforce management software solutions, has closed $17.2m of funding.

The round was led by Sutter Hill Ventures, with participation from existing investors Intel Capital and Draper Triangle Ventures and new shareholders Draper Fisher Jurvetson founder Tim Draper, Fort Washington Capital Partners Group and a number of original private investors.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to grow worldwide, with an emphasis on sales, marketing and other strategic initiatives.

Led by co-founder, President and CEO Yuval Brisker, TOA Technologies provides on-demand mobile workforce management applications for large and medium-sized enterprises in the cable/broadband, telecom, insurance, home services, and retail industries. Its patented platform ETAdirect is designed to improve customer service while reducing operational costs. TOA’s system is easily integrated with existing CRM solutions.
The company operates additional offices in Europe and Latin America.

In conjunction with the funding, Andy Sheehan, Managing Director of Sutter Hill Ventures will join TOA Technologies’ Board of Directors.
