Site Intelligence, a UK-based developer of online analytics software, has completed a $7m equity funding.
The company intends to use the funds to expand globally. As stated by Chairman Harry Wallaesa, Site Intelligence plans to increase its sales and marketing capabilities, reinforce development and consulting teams, and enhance its customer support services. The company will expand into the North American and other European markets while offering increased focus on ongoing operations in the UK and Asia Pacific.
In conjunction with the deal, Carles Ferrer and Al Sisto from Nauta Capital, and Colin Watts from Oxford Capital Partners, will join Site Intelligence’s Board.
Led by CEO Peter Ryan, the company provides customers with a view of customer behavior from multiple channels and devices, including web, mobile, call center, catalog and in-store activities.
