everis, a multi-national consulting company, has launched Fitalent, an investment fund focused on technology-based companies.
The €5m fund will make medium-term investment in 10 start ups in the commercial launch phase with a strong technological and innovative element. The new vehicle, led by Alberto Garrido and Carlos Mendez, both partners of everis, will focus on sectors including Internet, software, biotechnology, medical devices and other technologies (engineering, new energies).
Each direct investment will range from €250k to €750k.
Fitalent, whose launch is part of the strategy of everis to widen its offer, has made its first investment in AzureBIO.
