EuroMedtech Helps Companies Meet Investors

The third edition of EuroMedtech, the partnering conference that represents an opportunity for medical technology companies and start-ups to seek out and secure funding, will take place in Turin, Italy, on May 16–17.
Organized by EBD Group and to be held at the Torino Incontra Conference Center, EuroMedtech 2011 is expected to attract over 20 venture capital firms, including 360° Capital Partners, BioMedPartners, Citigroup, DFJ Esprit, Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners, Entrepreneurs Fund, Gilde Healthcare Partners, High-Tech Gruenderfonds Management, IJ Partners, Merieux Development, MVM Life Science Partners, NBGI Ventures, SEED Capital Denmark, Seventure Partners, SGECR, SHAM, Sofimac Partners Capital Investissement, TBG Management, Tech Coast Angels, Vaekstfonden, and Ysios Capital Partners.
During the two days, EuroMedtech will facilitate one-to-one meetings between emerging innovator firms, large multidisciplinary healthcare and biomedical companies, investment firms and service providers.
The event is open to companies involved in all parts of the advanced medical technology industry, from those serving mainline therapeutic categories such as orthopedics and cardiovascular, through diagnostics, imaging and eHealth to those involved in platform technologies such as biomaterials and regenerative medicine and companies serving the industry, such as manufacturers, law firms, CROs and distributors.
