Alteryx, Inc., an Orange, Calif.-based Geographic Business Intelligence® software developer, received a $6m investment from SAP Ventures Fund I. The company intends to use the capital to accelerate infrastructure development, global expansion and make acquisitions.
In conjunction with the new funding, Jai Das, Managing Director with SAP Ventures, joins Alteryx’ Board of Directors.
Founded in 1997 and led by president and CEO Dean Stoecker, the company provides desktop, enterprise server and hosted SaaS solutions that deliver comprehensive consumer, business and market insights seamlessly scaled across local, regional and global markets.
Customers include Fortune 500 and mid-market companies in the Automotive, Retail, Commercial Real Estate, Telecommunications, Cable, Manufacturing and Finance industries, government, universities and colleges.
Alteryx has its Technology Center in Boulder, Colo.
