Visible Technologies Raises $6M in Equity Funding

Visible Technologies, a Bellevue, WA-based provider of Social Intelligence solutions, raised $6m in equity funding.
Investors include existing backers Investor Growth Capital (IGC), Centurion Holdings, Ignition Partners, In-Q-Tel and WPP.
This investment brings the total amount raised by the company to date to $45m.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its sales efforts and grow internationally.
Led by CEO Kelly Pennock, Visible Technologies has developed a social media monitoring platform, which is designed to help businesses turn social media data into actionable marketing and business strategy across the enterprise. It is built for collaboration and integration across entire organizations.
Clients include Office Depot, Microsoft, Xerox, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Boost Mobile, Autodesk, Vail Resorts, Burson-Marsteller, Razorfish, Group M, Wunderman Network, Tribal DDB Worldwide, WPP and Spring Creek Group.
The company has offices in London and New York.
