Nimbus Discovery LLC, a Cambridge, MA-based biopharmaceutical company, raised a further seed round funding of undisclosed amount.
Investors include founding investor Atlas Venture, Bill Gates and Dr. Richard Friesner.
The company intends to use the funds to advance its lead programs in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, an aggressive blood cancer, inflammatory disorders, and metabolic disease.
Founded in 2009 asnd led by Dr. Chairman and co-founder Bruce Booth, the company is applying advances in computer-based drug discovery to develop new medicines against important drug targets and thereby unlock fundamental biological pathways.
