i-Neumáticos Receives Investment from Caixa Capital Risc

i-Neumáticos, a Zaragoza, Spain-based online supplier of tires, has received an investment of undisclosed amount from Caixa Capital Risc.

The company intends to use the funds to consolidate its market position in Spain and expand abroad in 2012.

Founded by Iñigo Diego, i-Neumáticos markets tires from major brands including Michelín, Pirelli, Firestone, Dunlop, and Continental. The company also provides customers with a mounting and balancing service, through a network of 25 suppliers.

In conjunction with the funding, Félix Tena, an investor in i-Neumáticos and Founder and President of Imaginarium, has joined the company’s board.
