Games2Win Raises $6M

Games2win, a Mumbai, India-based casual and social games company, has raised US$6m in Series B financing round.
Investors include Clearstone Venture Partners and Silicon Valley Bank (SVB India Capital Partners).
This has brought the total amount raised by the company to date to US$11m.
Co-founded in 2007 by Cyrus Oshidar and Mahesh Khambadkone and led by CEO Alok Kejriwal, Games2win has created a library of over 400 games, which are actively licensed by large publishers including Yahoo.com, Viacom Kids and Discovery Channel.
In conjunction with the funding, Rajan Mehra, venture partner at Clearstone Venture Partners, has joined Games2win’s board.
The company has 70-people employees.
