VisionOSS Solutions Closes $10M Equity Funding Round

VisionOSS Solutions, a Reading, UK-based provider of a unified communications and collaboration service delivery and management platform, has closed a $10m equity funding round.
The round was led by Intel Capital, with participation from existing investors Eden Ventures and XAnge.
The company intends to use the funds to support the evolution of its technology, which is a policy-based, business-orientated architecture, designed to deliver value, through the introduction of a centrally managed, multi-customer portal. It is designed to reduce complexity, speeds implementation, and cuts costs for the fulfillment of UC&C services.
Customers include service providers such as AT&T, BT and Qwest, and large enterprise customers that are planning to, or have already launched, complex, multi-cluster IP-PBX and UC&C architectures.
Led by CEO Mike Frayne, the company has offices in the USA, UK, mainland Europe, Middle East and South Africa.
