Soladigm Raises $10M; Closes Series C Financing at $40M

Soladigm, a Milpitas, California-based developer of a developer of next-generation green building solutions designed to improve energy efficiency, closed a $10m financing. It adds to the already announced $30m Series C funding, bringing the total amount raised by the company in the round to $40m.
New investors The Westly Group and Navitas Capital join existing investors to complete the financing.
In conjunction with the round, The Westly Group Managing Partner Gary Dillabough, joins Soladigm’s board of directors.
Led by CEO Dr. Rao Mulpuri, Soladigm has developed a highly energy-efficient Dynamic Glass that switches from clear to tinted on demand, resulting in significant cost savings and environmental benefits. Soladigm Dynamic Glass windows aim to reduce HVAC energy usage by 25% and peak load by 30% in commercial buildings.
