hurleypalmerflatt (“HPF”), a UK-based multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy, has received a £14m investment from ISIS Equity Partners.
ISIS, which has made the investment via ISIS IV LP, will acquire a minority stake in the company and provide funding for future acquisitions. ISIS will support HPF in continuing to grow both in the UK and internationally.
Led by Group Chairman Paul Flatt, the company offers services including Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Engineering Design and Energy and Sustainability (E&S) consultancy.
HPF has 5 offices in the UK and operations in India and Australia.
Its client list includes leading financial services institutions and other global corporations.
