Good Deal, a Barcelona, Spain-based provider of innovative retail marketing solutions, has raised €830k in equity funding.
Investors include Finaves (via FINAVES III), Caixa Capital Risc and IESE’s business angels including Juan Carlos Alonso, Jesús Maeso and Martin Carazo.
The company intends to use the funds to develop its platform and operations.
Funded by Sergi Quinto Freixanet, the company specializes in optimizing the use of loyalty cards and promotional coupons as a promotional item and as an element of information about the shopper.
Good Deal has already implemented its solutions in a major supermarket chain and plans to undertake an ambitious expansion plan during 2011.
