Drexel Metals Inc., a suburban Philadelphia, PA-based provider of energy efficient standing seam metal roofing systems, has been acquired by Arborview Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to expand in both domestic and international markets and to pursue select strategic investments.
In conjunction with the financing, which was made in partnership with the company’s management, Karl Khoury and Joseph Lipscomb of Arborview Capital will join Drexel Metals’ Board of Directors.
Led by CEO Rob Waite, Drexel Metals provides contractors and distributors with the equipment, materials, engineering and warranties required for the production of standing seam metal roofing systems.
