Chango, a Toronto, Canada-based provider of search retargeting solutions, completed a $4.25m Series B financing.
The round was led by Rho Canada, with participation from existing investors, iNovia Capital, Metamorphic Ventures, Extreme Venture Partners and 24/7 Media co-founder, Geoff Judge.
In conjunction with the funding, Roger Chabra, General Partner of Rho Canada, will join Chango’s board.
Led by Founder & CEO, Chris Sukornyk, Chango provides a full-service solution for search retargeting as well as a self-service platform, which enable media planners and search marketers to target specific individuals based on their recent search history.
The company has offices in New York and Chicago.
