Total Attorneys, a Chicago, IL-based provider of technology-enabled solutions to small law firms and solo attorneys, received a growth capital investment of undisclosed amount from BIA Digital Partners II LP.
The investment is designed to help the company finance its growth initiatives and strategic goals.
In conjunction with the transaction, BIA will seat on Total Attorneys’ Board.
Founded in 2002 by CEO Ed Scanlan, the company provides marketing solutions, a Software as a Service virtual law office platform and an industry-focused call center, which are designed to allow law firms and solo attorneys to efficiently grow and manage their practices.
Kevin Chern, a practicing attorney and founder of a consumer bankruptcy firm, is President of Total Attorneys. He joined the company in 2005.
