ReachForce, an Austin, TX-based provider of high-quality information about business professionals, closed a $4.6m in growth financing.
The round was led by MK Capital, with participation from existing investor GSA Venture Partners.
In conjunction with the financing, Mark Koulogeorge, Managing General Partner of MK Capital, will join ReachForce’s board of directors.
Among its customers the company counts Citrix Online, Juniper Networks and Research in Motion.
As stated by CEO Bob Riazzi, the company has now the resources to and scale the business for the next years.
