WinChannel, a Beijing, China-based provider of marketing management solutions for the consumer goods industry, has agreed to receive an investment of undisclosed amount from SIG Asia Investment and Intel Capital. This proceeds from the investments, which are still subject to various closing conditions, will be used to support WinChannel’s R&D and business development as the company is committed to provide Software as a Service (SAAS) solutions.
WinChannel focuses on sales channel management, including software, system platforms and service support. The company’s services are designed to enable customers to manage, normalize, and analyze channel information in near real time.
WinChannel, headquartered in Beijing Zhongguancun High-tech Park, has also branches in Shanghai and Guangzhou.
Intel Capital is making the investment thriugh the China Technology Fund II, established in 2008.
