Tribridge, a national IT services and business consultancy, has received growth capital from LLR Partners.
The funds will be used for organic growth and other corporate purposes. As part of the transaction, whose amount remained undisclosed, LLR has also committed acquisition financing.
Founded in 1998, Tribridge delivers both on-premise and cloud computing solutions for CRM, ERP, web portals and other core business systems. The company serves over 2,000 customers throughout the United States. FOCUS LLC, a national middle market investment banking firm, represented Tribridge in the transaction.
