Rogue Resolutions, Ltd., a Cardiff, UK-based start up that provides integrated solutions and services allowing non-invasive neurological treatment methods, has received an equity financing from mic AG.
With the investment, mic AG, a Munich, Germany-based early-phase investor, takes a stake in the Welsh joint venture between Rogue Research Inc., a Canadian manufacturer of neurological navigation software, and neuroConn GmbH., a producer of stimulators and EEG machines.
Rogue Resolutions will be responsible for globally marketing these systems, which allow to treat certain forms of ADHD, migraine, tinnitus epilepsy and even rehabilitation after strokes.
