RingCentral, a San Mateo, California-based provider of cloud computing small business phone systems, has completed a Series C financing round.
The investment, whose amount remained undisclosed, was led by Cisco.
The funds will be used to support the company’s growth and delivery of new products and services.
RingCentral provides a cloud computing based business phone systems platform designed to serve the needs of mobile and distributed businesses and integrate all of their employees.
The company is backed by Sequoia Capital, Khosla Ventures and DAG Ventures.
