Kurani Interactive Raises $275,000 in Angel Funding

Kurani Interactive, the Red Bank, New Jersey-based developer of Opinionaided, a free application that lets users use iPhone or iPod Touch to get advice and opinions in realtime, has raised $275,000 in funding from angel investors Chuck Chesler and Al Angrisani.
This funding, which is part of a larger investment commitment the company will close within a few months, will be used to expand marketing effots and enhance the Opinionaided application, which allows users to take photos and post questions to friends (and the public) to receive answers and guidance on fashion, purchase advice, and across a range of other questions.
Two weeks ago, Kurani unofficially launched Opinionaided 2.0. In addition to supporting the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad, the company is planning to luanch an Android version of the application soon.
