Seculert, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based provider of Cyber Threat Management solutions, has received an investment of undisclosed amount from YL Ventures.
The funds will be used to roll out the company’s service worldwide. The Cyber Threat Management is a subscription-based “in the cloud” solution for enterprises, governments and service providers. It utilizes proprietary patent-pending technology that provides organizations with early detection of global cybercrime activity that may be endangering their network, together with detailed information related to the affected network domains. The service is designed to allow organizations to act swiftly and decisively in the event of a threat, in most cases blocking the malicious elements and averting significant data and monetary losses.
Commenting on the funding, Ron Kraitsman, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Seculert, said: “Our vision is to improve the way enterprises protect their vital information assets.
“The Cyber Threat Management service can benefit thousands of customers across all industries and in all geographies.
“The investment from YL Ventures now makes that vision possible”.
The company was founded by computer security veterans including Kraitsman, Alex Milstein, Aviv Raff and Dudi Matot.
