7(S) Personal GmbH, a German temporary staffing agency, has received a “significant” equity investment from an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, LLC. The company offers comprehensive solutions in temporary staffing, business support services, and career services. In 2009, the agency registred revenues of more than $300m, with about 170 branches and over 6,000 employees.
Following the transaction, the current management team led by the managing directors Dr. Christian Speidel, CEO, and Christian Peters, CFO, remain significant shareholders and will continue to drive the company, whose focus will be on reinforcing the qualified and highly qualified temporary staffing services in its seven core segments: Industry & Technology, Aviation, Engineering, Office & Finance, Catering & Service, Medical, and Information Technology.
