Winshuttle, a Bothell, Washington-based provider of software products that enable business users to work with SAP directly from Excel, Web forms and other interfaces without any programming, has raised $12m in growth equity financing from Summit Partners.
The funding will be used to accelerate the company’s global expansion. In conjunction with the investment, Greg Goldfarb, a Principal at Summit Partners, has joined Winshuttle’s board of directors.
Founded in 2003, the company has designed solutions (Winshuttle TRANSACTION, QUERY, and the new STUDIO suite) that allow non-technical users to work with their favorite desktop applications to effectively run the complex business processes supported by SAP®.
Winshuttle also operates offices in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and India.
