SweetSpot Diabetes Care, Inc., a Portland, OR-based health data company focused on improving the use of data in the treatment of diabetes, closed a round of initial financing of undisclosed amount.
The investment comes from a mix of Portland and Silicon Valley-based individuals, including Dick Sass, founder and former CEO of iSense, Bill Trenchard, CEO of Readyforce, and Alan Lefkof, Corporate VP and General Manager at Motorola
In conjunction with his investment, Mr. Lefkof joins SweetSpot Diabetes’ board of directors.
