Perceptis, Inc. a Cleveland, OH-based provider of advanced help desk, customer support services and business intelligence to higher education, has received $6m in expansion funding from Frontier Capital.
The proceeds from the investment will support expansion of sales, marketing and customer support resources together with further enhancement of the company’s data-driven solutions.
Perceptis provides universities, colleges and community colleges with 24/7 support of IT, Financial Aid, Human Resources, Recruitment, Admissions, Enrollment, Retention, Facilities and General Switchboard.
As stated by William Bradfield, Founder and CEO of Perceptis, “With this funding from Frontier Capital, we will be able to accelerate the introduction of additional solutions and build out service delivery as we increase the number of our customers”.
Founded in 2004, the company has grown rapidly to serve today more than 100 institutions and 1.5 million end users.
