NetShelter Technology Media Raises $15m in Series B Funding

NetShelter Technology Media, a San Francisco, CA-based company that helps brand marketers deliver significantly higher levels of engagement for sites and blogs, closed $15m in Series B funding.
The round was led by Rho Ventures, with participation from existing investors Rho Canada and JLA Ventures.
The capital will be used to accelerate the growth of the company. NetShelter enable brand marketers to influence buying behavior by channeling their messages into engaging environments. The company also addresses display advertising challenges by increasing the ad’s visibility and impact through messaging and environments that are more engaging and relevant to the reader.
NetShelter partners with influential independent sites in the IT, mobile and consumer electronics categories, including MacRumors.com, Slashgear.com, CrackBerry.com, ChipChick.com, PhoneScoop.com, Experts-Exchange and more than 200 others.
