AmkaiSolutions, a Waterbury, CT-based provider of a suite of business management, electronic health record, CPOE, e-prescription, and related applications, has completed a $3m equity financing.
The investment was fully subscribed by existing and select new investors.
As also stated by Joe Macies, CEO of the company, the financing allows the company to pursue a broader sales and marketing program for its systems, which are installed across the country in ASC, Surgical Hospital and physician practice settings.
AmkaiSolutions offers administrative, EHR, and complete enterprise systems, as well as specialty-specific software for GI, Pain, Orthopedic and Ophthalmology operations.
