WorkFlex Solutions LLC, a Cincinnati, OH-based startup company that has created web-based software for managing call center staffing, has closed a $1.5m venture capital financing round.
The investment was led by CincyTech with an initial $250,000 investment.
The company’s flagship product, WorkFlex Manager, enables work force administrators to fully automate the intraday staffing process. This capital infusion will enable the company to accelerate its strategic business development and product roadmap activities.
In conjunction with the funding, Charles Corfield, a private investor, will serve on WorkFlex’s board.
The company was founded in 2009 by CEO Larru Schwartz and Mitesh Desai.
