eData Solutions LLC, a Shawnee Mission, KS-based provider of software, transaction processing and other related services to the consumer finance industry, has received $15m comprised of both a senior secured debt and equity investment.
The financing was provided by Green Brook Credit Opportunities Fund LP, managed by affiliates of Green Brook Capital Management LLC, along with existing investor Spectrum Business Ventures, Inc.
The infusion will be used to support the growth and recapitalization of the company.
