Triggit Raises $4.2M in Series A Funding

Triggit, a San Francisco-based developer and provider of technologies to advertisers for buying media using real-time bidding, raised $4.2m in a Series A funding.
The round was led by Spark Capital and Foundry Group, with participation from angel investors Brett and Scott Crosby, Asher Waldfogel, Ben Narison, Joe Spieser, Alex Zhardanovsky, Gilad Elbaz, Reid Hoffman, TriplePoint Capital, DG Incubation, Joi Ito, Charles Sprincin and Eric Stein.
In conjunction with the funding, Seth Levine, Managing Partner at Foundry Group and Santo Politi, General Partner at Spark capital, will join the company’s board.
The new capital will enable the company to accererate growth and begin international expansion.
