Perfecto Mobile, Ltd., a Petah Tikva, Israel-based provider of a SaaS mobile application testing software, has received a strategic minority investment of undisclosed amount from Vodafone Ventures.
The company will use the funds to further develop its Handset Cloud, which allows developers to test, certify and monitor their apps on real handset rather than an emulation environment.
Vodafone Ventures joins existing investors Carmel Ventures and Vertex Venture Capital.
As stated by Eran Yaniv, CEO of Perfecto Mobile, this investment will enable the company to scale its Mobile Handset Cloud “to more handsets, more geographies, and more networks”.
The company currently markets its solutions and services to mobile operators, handset vendors and mobile developers in US, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, Israel. Customers include Vodafone, Swisscom, and Motorola.
