Novapost, a Paris, France-based provider of a SaaS electronic mailing system, has raised €1.7m in its third funding round.
The investment was led by Alven Capital, with participation from existing shareholders, including:
– Pierre KOSCIUSKO-MORIZET, CEO and co-founder of PriceMinister,
– Gérard PLUVINET, chairman of the 21 Centrale Partners investment fund,
– Bruno GUENIN, former chairman of Safig’s supervisory board,
– Jean-Paul VILLOT, former president of Neopost.
Created in 2007, the company provides companies and individuals with a SaaS electronic mailing system, which guarantees the legal value of documents.
This third round will enable the company to continue to grow. Novapost recently increased its staff from 13 to 25 employees and signed contracts with recognized companies such AS M6, Athome, Officeo, Canal+, Veolia Propreté, Groupe Batigère, PriceMinister, Ubisoft, and partnerships with e-Paye, HR Path, and De Gamma.
