Marin Software, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of an enterprise-class paid search management application, has raised an additional $11.2m in Series D financing.
Existing investors Amicus Capital, Benchmark Capital, DAG Ventures, and Focus Ventures participated in the round. They were joined by new investor Triangle Peak Partners.
The company will use the new funding to further develop its Marin Search Marketer® application, which has been adopted by advertisers and agencies to analyze, manage, and optimize their paid search marketing programs.
Marin Software’s customers include leading advertisers and agencies such as Razorfish, Neo@Ogilvy, University of Phoenix, Macy’s, KAYAK, PriceGrabber, and Reply.
