GreenWave Reality, a developer of a home energy management platform, has raised $11m in venture capital funding.
This round was led by Craton Equity Partners, with participation from undisclosed strategic investors.
The company’s platform enable consumers to conserve energy by monitoring and controlling their appliances from within the home or remotely via the Internet or a smartphone and add intelligent LED lighting.
In addition, the solution provides utilities with targeted tools to understand overall consumer energy usage patterns, and to better balance energy distribution on the grid.
GreenWave operates offices in Hørsholm, Denmark, Irvine, CA, USA, and Singapore.
